Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation or studio name, event and registration information, participant or competitor information, payment-related information and correspondence with us.

When our event technology is used, we may also process information necessary to manage registrations, entries, schedules, running orders, event operations and related services.

Our website and digital services may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the date and time of access.

We may use personal information to provide and operate our services, manage registrations and event operations, communicate with clients and participants, respond to enquiries, record and support payment verification information, provide technical support, improve our technology, protect our systems and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Event and Competition Information

Asiyeni Technologies provides digital technology that may be used by event organisers, federations, dance studios and other organisations to manage events and participants.

Information processed through our platforms may include participant details, competition entries, categories, schedules, running orders, event results and related operational information.

Certain event information may be displayed publicly where necessary for the operation or presentation of an event, such as a public running order. We aim to limit publicly displayed information to what is appropriate for the relevant purpose.

Online Enquiries and Forms

When you submit an enquiry, request a demonstration, apply for a launch offer, book a consultation or complete another form on our website, we use the information provided to respond to your request and administer the relevant service.

We may retain appropriate records of your enquiry for customer service, administrative and legitimate business purposes.

Payments and Proof of Payment

Asiyeni Technologies does not process or receive payments made by dance studios or participants to event organisers. Payments are made directly to the relevant event organiser using the payment details provided for the event.

Where our registration platform is used to record payment information, we may process limited payment-related information such as the amount paid, payment reference, payment status and proof of payment uploaded through the platform.

Proof of payment and related information is made available to the relevant event organiser for the purpose of verifying and administering event registrations. Asiyeni Technologies does not collect or store payment card details or banking credentials through this process.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enable essential functionality, remember preferences, understand how visitors use our website and improve our digital services.
