By creating an account, submitting information through our platforms or using services that require acceptance of these Terms, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Where additional terms, event rules or written service agreements apply, those terms may operate together with these Terms.

Asiyeni Technologies provides digital technology and professional services for sporting, performing arts and other events.

Services may include event registration, entry management, participant administration, scheduling, digital running orders, event operations technology, live displays, livestreaming, broadcast graphics, multi-camera production and technical event support.

Certain services may require a registered account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their authorised accounts.

You must notify us if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account or any other suspected security issue.

Event organisers, studios, clubs, federations and other organisations using our technology remain responsible for the information they submit and the event decisions they make.

Organisers are responsible for their competition or event rules, eligibility requirements, categories, fees, payment instructions, entry acceptance, results and other event-specific decisions.

Users must provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete when submitting registrations, entries or other event information through our platforms.

Asiyeni Technologies provides the technology used to capture and administer this information but does not determine the eligibility or acceptance of an entry unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Asiyeni Technologies does not receive or process registration payments made by dance studios, participants or other users to event organisers.

Payments are made directly to the relevant event organiser using the payment details provided for that event.

Where our platform allows users to record payment information or upload proof of payment, Asiyeni Technologies provides the technology for submitting and storing that information for event administration purposes.

Verification, approval, reconciliation, refunds and disputes relating to those payments remain the responsibility of the relevant event organiser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Event schedules, running orders, performance times, categories and related information may change before or during an event.

Published schedules should therefore be treated as operational event information and may be updated by an authorised organiser or event official.

Live streaming and event production services may depend on venue infrastructure, internet connectivity, power, third-party platforms, equipment and other operational conditions.

While we take reasonable steps to provide reliable professional services, continuous or uninterrupted broadcasting cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

The Asiyeni Technologies platforms, software, interfaces, designs, branding, graphics and related technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Asiyeni Technologies' intellectual property to a user, organiser or other third party.

Users may submit information or content including participant information, entry information, music, documents, logos and proof of payment.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority or necessary rights to submit content through the platform.

Users grant Asiyeni Technologies the limited right to process, store and display submitted content where reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service.

You may not use our services to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, interfere with platform operation, distribute malicious code, submit fraudulent information or engage in unlawful activity.

Users must not attempt to bypass security measures, disrupt services or use our technology in a manner that may harm Asiyeni Technologies, our clients or other users.

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and our Privacy Statement.

Our Privacy Statement explains what information we may process, why we use it and the rights available to individuals in relation to their personal information.

Our website and platforms may use or integrate with third-party hosting, communication, streaming, analytics or other technology services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies and availability requirements.

We aim to provide reliable and accessible technology but do not guarantee that every service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, telecommunications problems, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Asiyeni Technologies will not be responsible for loss arising solely from inaccurate information supplied by users, decisions made by event organisers, third-party services, network interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful activity, material breaches of these Terms or risks to our systems or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website together with its effective or last-updated date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to a user under applicable South African law.
